Integra Bourse is owned by Tunisie Valeurs, the leading brokerage firm in Tunisia, and so part of Integra Partners, the regional financial services group. Integra Partners comprises two other brokerage companies: Integra Algeria and the newly founded Integra Libya. The group also boasts four private equity companies: Tuninvest in Tunisia, Maghrebinvest in Algeria, Marocinvest in Morocco and Africinvest in West Africa.

From an international investor’s point of view, the first advantage that Integra offers is the quality of its research. Even before the company started operating, management’s main focus was to recruit and train the research team and set up a comprehensive database. The team publishes a daily market summary, weekly reports to keep clients informed of events and stock movements, as well as stock files and sector analyses. The research is translated into English by members of the multilingual team (Integra’s employees come from four countries!), and this is a definite plus in a market where good information in English can be hard to come by.

At the moment the company has a team of twelve, including two analysts, three traders working with Moroccan clients, and a two-member desk that deals with international clients. Part of Integra’s service is accompanying foreign investors who come to Morocco, setting up meetings with executives of listed companies, and interpreting if necessary.
